Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any course offered by our academy, students agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Mode of Instruction

• All classes are conducted online through designated platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

• On their part, students are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection and a suitable device.

2. Registration & Enrollment

• Registration is confirmed only after fee payment and verification.

• Free registration is applicable only where explicitly announced.

• Registration is on an annual basis and remains valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment. Renewal may be required after the validity period expires.

• The academy reserves the right to accept or reject admissions without assigning a reason.

3. Fees & Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before or during the course.

• Registration fees and course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

• International exam fees are not included in course or registration charges and must be paid separately to the official exam authorities.

4. Certificates

• A digital course completion certificate will be issued after successful completion of the course.

• The academy does not issue international or official examination certificates.

• Students are guided to apply for internationally recognized exams conducted by authorized bodies.

5. Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain professional behavior.

• Any form of misconduct, misuse of language, or disruption may result in suspension or removal without refund.

6. Course Content & Materials

• All study materials, recordings, and resources provided are for personal use only.

• Sharing, copying, recording, or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Class Schedule & Changes

• Class schedules may be adjusted due to technical issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

• The academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes when necessary, with prior notice where possible.

8. Technical Issues

• The academy is not responsible for missed classes due to:

  • Internet failure

  • Power outages

  • Device-related problems on the student’s side

9. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

• Fees are non-refundable after course commencement.

• Withdrawal from the course does not entitle the student to any refund or fee adjustment.

10. Privacy & Data Use

• Student information is used strictly for academic and administrative purposes.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Amendments

• The academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
